For ‘The Confidence Gap’ course, there is a weekly online meeting for one hour. Each week after the live session there are self-led learning activities to do before the next week. You should allow roughly 30-60 minutes a week for this part. A lot of these activities involve self-reflection, so you can feel free to spend as much time doing this as you like. We also encourage a daily gratitude practice which takes a few minutes each day.
For the ‘Full Immersion’ course, there is a weekly online meeting for two hours. You also receive four additional mentoring sessions of up to one hour to dive deeper into your personal journey and learning. We also encourage a daily gratitude practice which takes a few minutes each day.
What I will say is that, the more you commit and put into your journey of self-discovery and improvement, the more you will get out of it. Creating daily and weekly habits go a long way to helping you become the person you want to be and create the life you want and deserve.
Absolutely. I want to make my courses as accessible and affordable as I can. You can pay your course off in either 1, 3, 6 or 12 installments.
If a weekly payment works best for you, just send me an email and I’ll organise that for you.
Initially I designed these courses to be for survivors of trauma who had already worked through the first phases of healing and seeking help and who were ready to take the next step in their healing journey. The work you’ll do with me is the next step into discovering more about yourself, understanding the science of behaviours and emotions and how you got to where you are now. I guide you to connect with who you really are, who you want to be and how to take the next steps in your life to do the things you’ve always wanted but thought were impossible dreams that were out of reach for ‘someone like you.’ I’ve now realised these courses don’t just have to be for survivors of trauma, they are for anyone on a path to recreate themselves and build their life on their own terms.
For our Full Immersion course we will have a 45min Discovery call where we will get to know each other a little more. I’ll ask you a series of specifically designed questions to ensure we are a good fit and then we decide together if the Full Immersion is right for you.
The short answer is no, you can share as much or as little as you like. With that said, you’re here investing in yourself, your growth and development, and the more you talk and connect with your facilitator and your fellow group members, the more you’ll get out of this experience. Funnily enough, the support and connections people make with other group members is often something I get comments on. It’s a beautiful added bonus because it adds a layer of support and connection that people don’t often expect. Your group becomes a safe place where people share their lives and thoughts, where everyone is uplifting and caring and can often relate on many levels. It’s actually what I love most about what I do – it’s the community and support I needed back then but couldn’t find.
Being shy and nervous to speak is more normal than you think, and you definitely won’t be the only person in your group who feels this way. However, part of growth is sharing your thoughts and saying them out loud even when it feels uncomfortable to do so. As cliché as it sounds, your next level of growth is sitting on the other side of your comfort zone. But I can promise you that it will be worth it, previous participants have said that exact thing to me on many occasions. To add to that, think about what it would be like if no-one talked? It’s like going to a counsellor and saying nothing for the whole hour – it’s really not that beneficial. Always remind yourself why you’re here and taking this next step.
We hold space and support you in whatever comes up in each session. I am experienced and am a trauma informed practitioner which means I am trained to support you. You’ll also get nothing but love and support from your other group members, I’ve seen it happen and it’s a beautiful thing.
Our self-led learning portal is a great option for people who can’t make the evening sessions. In our Membership Hub you’ll find all of our best material, tools, resources, video courses and worksheets under one hub. It has been designed so you can come and go as you please and learn at your own pace, in your own time – basically you become your own personal development coach.
If you feel like you’d benefit more from one-on-one coaching with me, please send me an email and we can discuss what will work best for you.
The outcome of these courses will be different for everybody, it depends on where you are in your healing journey, how much self-awareness you have and how open you are to change. You will gain insights into human behaviour allowing you to notice the behaviour patterns in yourself and others around you. It will teach you tools and skills to self-regulate your emotions and lead you to improve every area of your life.
I have a growing number of women who would hugely benefit from completing this course, however, do not have the financial capacity. They would greatly appreciate your sponsorship. I have created a programme to specifically support this, it’s called Help a Sister Up. If you’d like to donate, please email me. Thank you!
